I have cut over 400 squares in the past two days! I'm ready to sew the half square triangles together for the border. My backgrounds for this quilt are scrappy tans instead of black.

Chloe Cardigan
Pardon the wonky picture. This is a pattern called Chloe Cardigan by Doris Chan. The yarn is Omega Sinfonia in Verde.
Sleeve detail.
Button loops. I'm waiting for some vintage Czech glass buttons to arrive in the mail.
The scarf in the top picture is 'vintage' too! My daughter gave it to me when she was a teenager.

Fat Bottom Bag
Cute bag! Fat Bottom Bag by Julie Armstrong Holetz
A Peaches and Cream yarn called Good Earth. I used an I hook. I lined it with a cotton animal print and added bamboo handles.

Swirling Bag
Swirling Bag, pattern by Kathy Merrick. It's free! I made it with a Peaches and Cream yarn and an E hook.
I made an icord to make it like a swing bag or a backpack. I covered 3 plastic rings with single crochet and attached one to the bottom and two near the top. I threaded the icord through the rings before weaving it into the eyelets that are near the top edge.
It's a big bag and will be very useful to carry projects around in. Also, to take to quilt shows to stow all my goodies!

Some more...
A purple cotton cowl. Love the fan design.
Pineapple Pumpkin Lace
It is designed to set on a large pumpkin for display at Halloween. I'm going to wear it when we go trick-or-treat. There are shiny beads at the end of the pineapples. I have a jeweled spider pin to wear!
This is a scarf from a pattern called Post-it Scarf. Of course it looks better when worn than all droopy like it is in the picture.
Snowdrop Shawl
It's kind of like a baktus. There are several options for wrapping it around your neck. Sometimes I use a large vintage pin to close it. It's nice and warm, made from cotton.
Red Christmas Cowl
I wear this one with my jean jacket and red gloves. Very pretty during the holiday season. Remember I live in Texas so the weather doesn't cooperate with this outfit very often.
Cotton Candy Cowl
This is so soft and fits very close. It doesn't have to be freezing to wear this one.
(I know...it's displayed on a lampshade.)
This is a 3-tier crocheted necklace. I added bobbles around the top edge and ran a ribbon through it. I added jump rings and a gold chain. It's very pretty on a tee to dress it up a little.
Sack Dress Sack
Do you remember those dresses we used to wear about 10 years ago? They were very popular. I cut one up into strips about 2" wide and crocheted this purse. I added the bobbles around the flap edge and used a pink plastic flower shaped drawer knob for the closure.
I really don't like the straps. I bought some big pink and white beads to string for a handle...just have to get the time to do it.
This is a bag made from a huge granny square. I added little flowers, lace and beads under the cane handles. I still have to add a lining. It is a variegated wool. Holds a lot!

Sweaters!
Sea Mist Chevron Lace Cardigan.
My first sweater! It fits! Cotton, of course.
Made with a very soft cotton yarn.
(Not So) Lacy Jacket
This time in black cotton. These jackets are named so because I used the basic sweater pattern and left off all the lace around the edges.
Another (Not So) Lacy Cardigan. The white cotton yarn has flecks of turquoise, yellow and lime green.
Oatmeal (Not So) Lacy Cardigan
This time the yarn has flecks of purple and rust.
Red (Not So) Lacy Cardigan
This was my favorite pattern for a while. Really? I made 5 of them!
This is tunic length. Same red cotton as above. The name of the pattern is Abydos.
Wool Wrap Cardigan
Really warm!
Dark Denim Soft Serve
Most of these patterns are by a designer named Doris Chan. She is the queen of top down construction.
Ok, I made this one up all by myself! I call it Snow White and the Seven Bobbles.
Hooked On A Feeling (pattern by Doris Chan)
Mei Mei
A short little bolero style sweater.
Sea Glass Jacket
I love the colors of this one. So much, that I made a bag from the leftovers. I wear this in the summer with a blue tank top and white pants.
So, now you know what I've been up to! There's more...
