More Plaids!

My daughter and I decided to make a quilt for a friend who has done us a really huge favor. Our Master bathroom shower developed a bad case of mold behind the tiles. He ripped it all out and put it back together again. I thought this jelly roll pattern, Pandora's Box would be perfect done with homespun plaids.

And so, I commenced cutting. 40-2 1/2" WOF strips.

Quilt w/o 6" border.

I crammed all my plaids into one drawer! Looks like I have many more plaid quilts in my future.

Teri's Quilt

My friend Teri passed away before she could finish this quilt. She was making this for a very dear friend. My friend Ty and I have put the top together and then Ty will quilt it on her longarm. I know her friend will treasure this quilt.

And, there are those Tootie Girls! Looking a little worse for the wear after a day of playing!

Recently my father was very ill. I made the first quilt for him to use. The second quilt was made to celebrate his patriotism.
