Almost Gone!

I almost lost my blog!  I guess Blogger did some updating that I wasn't aware of. I found my blog, copied most of the posts and got everything almost back to normal. I lost my followers, so if you found me you'll have to follow me again.

I've been sewing a little today. I put these blocks together. It's called Holly & Berries from Blackbird Design's book Small Favorites For All Seasons. 

Red, green and tan scraps...the border will be done in reds. It's pieced but I can't remember now what the blocks are called. 

I've been piecing little fish with a pack of beautiful batiks I bought on our vacation to the beach this summer. I'll take some pictures of them and the Tootie Girls to post next time.
