No, it's not a pillow case, table runner or even a quillow! It's a shower curtain!
Sorry it took so long to reveal but we had a little trouble with the rod...I was going to paint it glossy white like the trim but when we opened the paint can it was a gloppy mess. So, my daughter glued fabric on the rod! Isn't it beautiful? LOL!
This is a UFO from several years ago. I don't know why I procrastinate so. Oh well, it's done now!
WOW....this is the first time I have seen a quilt used this way LOL
ReplyDeleteIt is a very good idea. My bathroom is so booring, and I need a shower curtain......and I got a lot of ufo's.
Nice shower curtain. What a creative idea to use a quilt.
ReplyDeleteA shower curtain! Wow, what a great idea. I love the way your DD covered the rod - cute!
ReplyDeleteYou had me, I sure would not of guess shower curtain. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI would have never guessed in a million years. Looks great.
ReplyDeleteOh my, would never have guessed, beautiful, Nancy in MT
ReplyDeleteHow marvelous! I've often thought of doing a quilt for a shower curtain but just haven't gotten around to do it. Love the blue bonnet border and the stripes - and the striped rod!
ReplyDeleteI often have projects that have to simmer a bit before they are considered finished. Don't know what that's about, but it makes me feel less guilty about UFOs. I like to think of them as undergoing the aging process. I love the shower curtain--and the idea. How many bed quilts and wall hangings can a body use?
ReplyDeleteWell -- it was worth the wait. It is a wonderful shower curtain. Good job!
ReplyDeleteGorgEEEEEEEEous!
ReplyDeleteThat is super cute. I have a quilt waiting for ties to use as a shower curtain. Very clever!
ReplyDeleteHow clever! You have inspired me! Why settle on a boring mass produced shower curtain when you can make a truly spectacular one yourself? Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty block! Good job.
ReplyDeleteWow - that is too cool! However did you come up with that idea? Clever girl.....
ReplyDeleteThanks for the welcome. I love your bluebonnets shower curtain! So many ideas...
