Today I put the borders on this top. I sewed the blocks together at this year's retreat. This is a block swap I did with my friends in 2010. We used Autumn themed fabric. I used two pieces of stash fabric I've had for years! Yeah!
Every year, in June, my friends and I have a 4 day retreat. This year we swapped Christmas Tree blocks done in neutral colors. That's the top I'm working on putting together now. I'm sure I'll be showing it soon.
You can also see my newest quilt admirer, Mouse. He is a 9 week old kitten who joined our crew a couple of weeks ago. Like all kittens, he is wild and has to investigate everything.
